Andrew Suchoff
Andrew Suchoff is Chief People Officer at Foundation Medicine. He brings more than 25 years of experience as a strategist and HR executive, with an extensive track record of developing inclusive and collaborative cultures and leading global teams in organizational change, HR operations, learning and development, rewards and talent acquisition.
In his current role, Suchoff collaborates with leaders across Foundation Medicine to shape and communicate the ongoing vision for the company’s people strategy to attract, nurture, develop and engage all employees.
Prior to joining Foundation Medicine, Suchoff served as the Global Head of People Operations and Talent at Stallergenes Greer, where he transitioned two distinct companies into one global franchise, creating and designing an HR structure and strategy. Additionally, he has held HR leadership positions at consumer goods, service and healthcare companies, including Inventiv Health, Bausch and Lomb, Stream Global Services, EMD Serono and Gillette.
He serves on the Eastern New England Area Board of Directors for the American Cancer Society and the board of the Home for Little Wanderers, and previously served on the board of Seeding Labs. He earned a B.S. in business administration from Northeastern University.
